2. Subscription and Payment
2.1 Subscription Plans
The Monetary Catalyst offers various subscription plans for access to premium content. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and terms presented at the time of purchase. All subscription fees are non-refundable. Access to premium content will be granted once payment has been successfully processed.
2.2 Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date. The payment method on file will be charged the applicable renewal fees. You may cancel your subscription by managing your billing settings within your account.
2.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds or credits will be provided for unused portions of the subscription term. To cancel, please visit the "My Account" section of our website.
2.4 Pricing Changes
The Monetary Catalyst reserves the right to adjust pricing for its Services at any time. Any price changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles and will be communicated to you in advance.
3. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content, including but not limited to text, images, data, analyses, articles, charts, and any other material provided on The Monetary Catalyst platform ("Content"), is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. 11. Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in New Jersey, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Monetary Catalyst regarding the use of the Services. Any amendments or modifications to these Terms must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of The Monetary Catalyst.
